These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ventory (“Ventory”, “we”, “us”). By submitting an application or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & access
Ventory is a private, invite-only network. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application individually and may accept or decline applicants at our sole discretion.
2. Applications
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. You must not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
3. No investment advice or solicitation
Ventory is a networking and discovery platform that helps members connect with investors, co-founders and strategic partners. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, recruiter, or financial intermediary, and we are not a party to any agreement between members. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Any decisions you make are your own responsibility, and you should obtain independent professional advice.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Do not misuse member information or send unsolicited communications.
5. Intellectual property
The Ventory name, logo, design and content are owned by Ventory and protected by applicable law. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes from participation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other members.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Romania.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
