A founder network that actually works
Most founder communities optimize for volume. Ventory optimizes for signal — a private network where membership is earned, relevance is required, and every connection means something.
Apply for membershipMost founder communities optimize for volume. We optimize for signal.
The internet is full of founder communities: Discord servers with forty thousand members who never speak, LinkedIn groups with two hundred thousand people who post once and disappear, startup directories that list anyone who fills out a form. The result is noise — and noise is expensive for founders who have no time to waste.
Ventory is the opposite. Every member is reviewed by a human. Every profile tells you something real about what the person is building and why. When you reach out to someone here, you already know they belong.
Not everyone gets in — and that's the point
A network is only as valuable as its least relevant member. Ventory's acceptance rate is low on purpose. We turn away applicants who are too early, too general, or who don't add something specific to the network — and that discipline is what makes membership worth something.
If you're accepted, it means everyone else in the network has been accepted on the same basis. You're not in a room with spectators. You're in a room with people who are building.
Founders, operators, and investors who've done the work
Ventory members include early-stage founders building in stealth, investors with active deal flow in Romania and Eastern Europe, technical operators who've shipped and scaled meaningful products, and strategic partners with real industry access. No cheerleaders. No spectators. No people who are "thinking about starting something."
The common thread is seriousness — about what they're building, about the people they want to be around, and about the region they're building in.
Apply or be invited by someone you respect
Access to Ventory is by application or invitation from an existing member. If someone sent you here, they thought you belonged — that's already a signal. Apply and tell us what you're building, who you are, and what you're looking for.
We read every application personally. If you're the right kind of person for this network, you'll hear from us.
